DJ Channy

My name is Chaneilia AKA DJ Channy and I am a 22 year old female DJ from Leeds. Music is my form of happiness, therefore I decided to pick up DJ’ing as a hobby which has surprisingly turned into my career. I receive a numerous amount of support which keeps me going and allows me to step out my comfort zone and be creative. I love meeting new people and I’m excited for what the future holds.

DJ Channy will be performing as part of The Arts Showcase showcasing talent from across the Chapel Allerton and Chapeltown ward. This is part of My LEEDS Summer, a series of celebrations taking place across the city from June to August, part of Leeds 2023. This event wouldn’t have been possible without Neighbourhood Host Gemma Lake.
