Leeds born DJ and reactive visual artist Ruashwae joined Slut Drop back in 2018 as a visual tech. It wasn’t long ’til she got behind the decks and came into her own as a DJ. Since then she’s done guest mixes for Manchester faves @melodicdistractionuk and co-hosted shows on both Sable and Alto radio, as well as hosting open deck events at Hyde Park Book Club.

So far, this year has seen her support the likes of DJ AYYDEN, COCOBops, Mike Drones and her played their festival debut at Not A Cult festival. Not one to shy away from making herself known, her pic’n’mix style sets weave a thread between old school hip hop, bassy hard hitters and textural electronica, making her stand out from the crowd.
